CAMPUS SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the general supervision of the school principal and the assistant principal, the Campus Supervisor works within the framework of district and school policies to perform a variety of assignments. These assignments include:

  • Providing for the safety and welfare of students while on school grounds
  • Monitoring personnel and/or visitors
  • Communicating information in response to inquiries
  • Overall campus safety
  • Campus maintenance 
  • Day to day activities of campus functioning 
  • Timely repair work for school expansion
  • Ensuring safe and clean campus
  • Providing administrative support

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in English, Hindi; Assamese will be a plus
  • Valid driving license (two wheeler & four wheeler)
  • Preferably a family
TEACHERS

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for enthusiastic and optimistic teachers for subjects like English, Science, Maths, Social Studies, Computer Science and Physical Education to join our team. As a subject teacher, you will be required to deliver lessons that develop students’ theoretical and intellectual skills. You will also be responsible for assigning homework, grading assignments and quizzes, and documenting students’ progress.

  • Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in respective subject, or equivalent.

ACCOUNTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION

We seek a committed and detail-oriented Accountant to join our administrative team and contribute to the financial integrity of the school.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate financial records of the school’s accounts, including income, expenses, and assets.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial statements, and monthly/annual reports.
  • Handle fee collection, receipting, and reconciliation with bank statements
  • Process vendor payments and keep records of all financial transactions.
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Support school administration in cost control and financial planning.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and alignment with the values of a missionary institution.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi.
